Thursday, June 22,2017 Field Museum Second field trip One of my favorite things to do when having a field trip during class. The Field Museum is the place where we were going for our second field trip. After a whole rainy week, yesterday was mostly sunny. It wasn't a good day for girls to go outside. The sun was shinning directly in the street. We were enduring the high temperature and hot sunlight, my T-shirt all got wet. The Field Museum maintains collections of over 24 millions objects. That was giant and spectacular. When I just entered into the museum, I noticed that a huge dinosaur bones right ahead me. I was looking around and many people were taking picture by standing near this dinosaur. This is the largest, most complete dinosaur bones ever found in the world. Its name is Tyrannosaurus Rex. I saw it has two sharp claws. That helped me to imagine how it catches its "food". Also, it has two long legs and I thought it would run as fast as sport car. Pret...

Shedd Aquarium

Tuesday, June 13th,2017 Shedd Aquarium First field trip Every student has their own field trip memory. Yesterday was a nice day, I just had 2 hours class, and then it was our first field trip. Shedd Aquarium was a very crowded place because it was free for resident. We was in a long line. The sun was right above my head, so I suffered a lot of sun light so that my T-shirt all got wet. When I got into the museum, I felt comfortable because I was getting cooler. It was a incredible and spectacular view inside. I knew it was going to be a lot of fun. What I saw first is the Beluga Whale. There were white and looked cute. Even though their body is giant, they are not cruel, but docile. I observed them carefully, and I found their blowhole would close and open. Underwater, Whale can hold its breath for 20 minutes. What a big vital capacity. They were breathing by using the blowhole.
